1. Introduction:
In this policy, we outline the delivery methods, periods, and charges applicable to orders placed for our products through our website. This information forms part of the sales contract between you and us, as established under our terms and conditions of sale.
2. Delivery Charges:
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process or quoted by us. The applicable delivery charges will depend on the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order. Our standard delivery charge for all orders is £3.95.
We offer free standard delivery to all zone A and B postcode addresses on orders over £40 (including VAT). All other orders will be subject to the delivery charges detailed the chart.
3. Geographical Limitations
We typically deliver to England, Scotland, and Wales. However, we may occasionally agree to deliver products to other countries and territories.
4. Delivery Methods and Times
The methods we use to deliver our products, and the typical delivery times, are as follows: If your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, you can select Courier Delivery, with an average delivery period of 3 working days. If you place your order by 1pm GMT/BST on a working day, the delivery period begins at the close of business that day. If you place your order after 1pm GMT/BST on a working day or on a non-working day, the delivery period begins at the close of business on the next working day.
The delivery periods specified are indicative only. While we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery within the stated period.
Additionally, we may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, which could delay your delivery. If your delivery is likely to be delayed due to these checks, we will notify you.
5. Delivery Tracking
Delivery tracking is available for all orders. To track your delivery, simply enter your order number, provided in your order confirmation email, into our delivery service provider's website.
All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature is required. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery that requires a signature. If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the provider will make at least one more attempt to deliver your order.
6. Collection
If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least one more attempt, they will leave a card at your address with instructions on how to collect your products, including a time limit for collection.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products due to a fault on your part, we may arrange for re-delivery. However, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery, even if the initial delivery was free of charge.
A failure to deliver will be considered your fault in certain situations, including if you provided the wrong address for delivery, if there is a mistake in the provided address, or if the address is not reasonably accessible due to locked gates.
In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue. It is important to ensure that the delivery details provided are accurate and that the delivery location is accessible and secure to avoid these complications.
